On 18 January 2026, I had the pleasure of serving as Wedding Emcee and Live Singer for the afternoon wedding celebration of Pao & Zhi Qin at the elegant Sheraton Towers Singapore. It was a joyful and beautifully executed celebration, and I’m grateful to have been part of such a meaningful milestone.
From the moment the wedding began, the atmosphere was filled with warmth and positivity. Throughout the afternoon, it was deeply rewarding to witness the smiling faces, laughter, emotional moments, and genuine happiness shared between the couple and their families and friends. Being able to contribute to these moments through both professional wedding hosting and live singing is something I value greatly, and it is always a privilege to help couples celebrate their love story in a way that feels authentic and memorable.
The wedding venue itself was a standout. Sheraton Towers Singapore offers a ballroom that is both grand and refined, featuring soaring ceilings rising nearly two storeys high. The spacious vertical design created an impressive sense of scale while still maintaining an intimate and elegant ambience for an afternoon wedding. For live performances, the acoustics worked beautifully, allowing vocals to carry clearly and naturally throughout the space.
Another distinctive feature of the venue is the AV control room located on the second floor, which allowed the technical team to oversee sound, lighting, and visuals with precision. This setup ensured smooth transitions, consistent audio quality, and seamless coordination throughout the wedding program. From an emcee’s perspective, having reliable technical support makes a significant difference in maintaining flow, timing, and energy across the celebration.
I would also like to commend the Sheraton Towers wedding and service team, who were professional, attentive, and efficient from start to finish. Weddings run best when everyone behind the scenes works in sync, and the staff’s experience and coordination played a key role in ensuring that the afternoon unfolded smoothly and according to plan.
One of the highlights for me during Pao & Zhi Qin’s wedding was performing “L.O.V.E.” live during the celebration. Classic songs have a timeless charm, and it was wonderful to see guests enjoying the moment, soaking in the atmosphere, and celebrating together. As someone who provides both wedding emceeing and live wedding singing, it’s always meaningful when hosting and music come together to enhance the overall experience of the day.
