2. Terms & Conditions

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

Using this website, submitting an enquiry, or booking our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We may amend them at any time; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly.

2.2 Services

We provide emceeing, entertainment, event & campaign management, educational workshops and talent procurement services. Specific deliverables, fees, cancellation rules and timelines will be set out in individual proposals or invoices sent to you (“Service Agreement”).

2.3 Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, videos, logos and other materials on this site are the property of The Charisma Code or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade‑mark law. You may not reproduce or adapt any part without prior written permission.

2.4 User Obligations

You agree not to:

  1. post or transmit unlawful, defamatory or harmful content;

  2. attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or

  3. use the site in a way that infringes the rights of any third party.

2.5 Booking, Payment & Cancellation

  • Booking confirmation occurs when we issue a written acceptance of your enquiry.

  • Payment terms: 50 % deposit on confirmation, 50% balance upon the day of completion of the event.

  • Cancellation: written notice required; deposits are non‑refundable once work has commenced.

  • Force‑majeure allows The Charisma Code to reschedule.

2.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services or this website shall not exceed the fees actually paid to us for the relevant services.

2.7 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
